Greg Sanford is a seasoned professional in the field of surveying with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Asset Surveyor and Asset Management Survey Officer at Glenorchy City Council since June 2008, Greg specializes in conducting stormwater, water, and sewer 'As Constructed' surveys, as well as RTK GPS topographic surveys using advanced survey equipment. Previous roles include Surveyor at Utility Detection & Mapping and Survey Technician at Hobart City Council, where responsibilities included topographic and 'As Constructed' surveys, data processing, and team leadership. Earlier experience as an Engineering Surveyor at Forestry Tasmania involved road design, cadastral boundary surveying, and managing health and safety assessments. Greg holds a Surveying Diploma from TAFE TAS and an Associate Diploma in Applied Science Survey Drafting from Hobart Institute of TAFE.
