F. Raymond Agnew, CFRE (R) has a wide range of experience in the field of development and advancement. F. Raymond is currently serving as the Vice President of Hospital & Community Engagement at Glens Falls Hospital. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Paul Smith's College from 2011 to 2020. From 1998 to 2011, they held the position of Vice President of Community Relations at Glens Falls Hospital, where they were responsible for development, marketing, public relations, and community services. Additionally, they served as the Executive Director of the Potsdam College Foundation from 1994 to 1998, and as the Assistant Vice President at SUNY-Empire State College from 1989 to 1994. F. Raymond started their career as the Director of Annual Giving at SUNY-Binghamton Foundation from 1987 to 1990. Throughout their roles, they have demonstrated expertise in managing budgets, cultivating major donors, increasing giving, and coordinating various aspects of development and advancement.

F. Raymond Agnew, CFRE (R) obtained a Certificate in Development/Philanthropy from Dartmouth College in 1988. F. Raymond also holds a Bach. Music degree in Music Composition and Theory from the State University of New York College at Potsdam, which they earned from 1976 to 1980. In 2016, they obtained the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification from CFRE International. Additionally, they obtained the CFRE certification and the Certified Fundraising Executive certification from CFRE International in 1995.
