Adrian Gilmartin

Adrian Gilmartin has over nine years of experience in the real estate industry. Adrian currently works as an Investment Manager at Glenveagh Properties PLC since November 2019. Prior to that, Adrian worked as a Property Acquisitions & Development Manager at Tesco Ireland from March 2017 to November 2019. Adrian also served as a Chartered Valuation Surveyor - Valuation Advisory at JLL from July 2014 to August 2016. Before joining JLL, Adrian worked as a Chartered General Practice Surveyor at Xavier McCaffrey Chartered Surveyors & Property Advisers in Dublin from October 2012 to June 2014. Adrian began their career as a Commercial Property Surveyor at Cushman & Wakefield Ireland Formerly DTZ Sherry FitzGerald in October 2011.

Adrian Gilmartin MSCSI MRICS completed their BSc (Hons) degree in Valuation Surveying (Property Economics) from Technological University Dublin, spanning from 2006 to 2010.
