Caitlin Savage

Caitlin Savage is a seasoned library professional with extensive experience in youth services and community engagement. Currently serving as the Youth Community Engagement Manager at Glenview Public Library since September 2024, Caitlin previously held the position of Youth Services Librarian at Skokie Public Library from June 2017 to November 2024, and worked as a Children's Librarian at Glencoe Public Library from January 2015 to June 2017. Prior roles include Preschool Outreach Librarian and Branch Services Librarian at Winnetka-Northfield Public Library District, and Head of Circulation Services at Morton Grove Public Library. Caitlin's early career featured roles at Northwestern University, including Assistant Head of Circulation Services and Library Privileges Supervisor. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from Columbia College Chicago.
