April Dunn, M.Ed, RBT, has extensive experience in special education and child development, currently serving as the Special Education Coordinator and Special Education Teacher at Glenwood, Inc. since November 2017. April's previous roles include Child Care Partner at Family Guidance Center of Alabama, Collaborative Education Teacher at Jasper City Schools, Prevention Specialist at NorthWest Alabama Mental Health, Child Development Center Director at Bevill State Community College, and Early Head Start Director/Lead Teacher at ARC of Walker County. April holds a Master of Education in Collaborative Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Auburn University.
