Charlene Samuels

Charlene Samuels possesses extensive experience in management and volunteer roles, with a focus on community service and fund allocation. At The Arc of Central Alabama, Charlene served as Residential Manager/Unit Manager/QDDP from October 2018 to May 2020. Previously, Charlene worked with United Way of Central Alabama for eight years as a Visiting Allocation Officer, reviewing fund requests and writing reports on grant funding. Charlene also held the position of Head Of Department at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where responsibilities included customer service and inventory management. Additional experience includes a fundraising role with March of Dimes. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Public Policy & Administration and a Master of Arts in Political Science from Mississippi State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Idaho State University, and an Associate of Arts in Marketing Management from Savannah Tech.
