Erik Tan

Erik Tan is an experienced recruitment specialist and business development leader with a strong focus on the IT and banking sectors in the APAC region. Currently serving as a Council Member at GLG since July 2023, Erik has been the Executive Director at Anchor Search Group Pte Ltd since January 2016, where the company specializes in recruiting from a talent pool exceeding 40,000 candidates. Prior to this role, Erik was the Head of Business Development (APAC) at Chris Consulting Pte Ltd from January 2010 to November 2014, leading the development of the ICT division. Erik holds a Master's degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from RMIT University, along with relevant education from Temasek Polytechnic.
