Felix Wyss

Felix Wyss has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Felix currently holds the position of VP, Technology Strategy at Glia since 2022. Prior to that, Felix served as VP, Applied Research, AI Group at Genesys from 2016 to 2022, where they led a team responsible for conversational AI and natural language processing. Felix also designed the Genesys AudioHook protocol. Before Genesys, Felix worked at Interactive Intelligence, where they held several leadership positions including VP of Development, Edge Division and Director of Product Development, Media Group. Felix was responsible for developing real-time speech analytics, speech recognition, and speech synthesis engines in these roles. At Saner-Hüßy Verpackungstechnik AG, Felix worked as a Software Engineer, and at Ascom Autophon AG, they started their career as an Electronics Technician.

Felix Wyss completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electrical Engineering from Bern University of Applied Sciences from 1991 to 1994. Felix later pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Edinburgh from 1996 to 1997.
