Jessica Ruscello has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jessica started their career in 2010 as a Dominican University Student Chaplain at Anthem Church, where they also held the roles of Communications Director, Curriculum Developer, and Event Coordinator. In 2013, they worked as an English Teacher at Marin Catholic High School. From 2015 to 2018, Jessica worked at Blurb in various roles, including Senior Copywriter and Sr. Copywriter, where they were responsible for developing engaging copy for marketing campaigns and other brand assets. In 2015, they also worked as a Copywriter and Event Coordinator at Eventful Events. From 2019 to 2022, Jessica worked at Zendesk as a Senior Customer Marketing Manager and Group Marketing Manager, where they led customer storytelling strategy and developed comprehensive content strategies. Jessica also worked at IfOnly as a Brand Content Manager in 2019, where they helped redefine the company's voice and content style. Jessica Ruscello completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Minnesota Duluth from 2000 to 2004. In 2001 and 2002, they were an exchange student at the University of Birmingham, where they focused on British History and Literature.
