Susan Bordeaux

Susan Bordeaux has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Susan is currently working at Glia as the Director of Customer Success since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Genesys where they held various roles including Director of Global Renewal Quoting and Analytics from January 2020 to October 2021, Program Manager of Customer Success Enablement from January 2019 to January 2020, and Customer Success Manager from May 2017 to January 2019. Before their time at Genesys, Susan worked at Red Hat as a Credit and Collections Analyst III from April 2013 to May 2017. Their earliest work experience was at Capital Bank, where they held roles such as Loss Mitigation Specialist from July 2012 to April 2013, Special Assets Officer from March 2011 to July 2012, Commercial Portfolio Manager from 2007 to 2011, and Business Banker from November 2004 to 2007.

Susan Bordeaux obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Elon University. Susan also holds an Associate Degree in Information Systems and Computer Programming from Durham Technical Community College.
