Stefano Ornati is an experienced professional in business management and operations, currently serving as a Growth Manager at Glickon since March 2023. Prior to this role, Stefano co-founded Teamsight, where Stefano held the position of COO until March 2023, overseeing strategic operations that led to a successful exit. With a strong background in operations design and process optimization as a Managing Consultant at Strategic Management Partners, and as an Operational Risk Consultant at KPMG Italy, Stefano has contributed to various high-profile events through roles at DO & CO Group. Additionally, as a co-founder of Liveconomy, Stefano promoted entrepreneurship and business education among students, further solidifying a commitment to leadership and development in the field. Stefano holds a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
