Takashi Hashimoto

Takashi Hashimoto is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in contract law and corporate matters. Currently serving as the Head of the Contract Group in the Legal Division at EZAKI GLICO since June 2015, Takashi is responsible for contract management, negotiation, litigation, and compliance, as well as overseeing mergers and acquisitions and improving legal operations. Prior to this role, Takashi worked at Mercury General LPC and Namura & Associates, handling various legal issues including dispute resolution, corporate law, and bankruptcy. Educational credentials include a J.D. from Kyoto University and a Bachelor of Law from Osaka University.
