Nick Elliott has worked in the service industry since 1998. Nick began their career as a Business Operations Representative at Telewest Communications, then moved to Business Account Manager and Business Service Manager. In 2007, they joined Logicalis UK as a Service Delivery Manager, where they were responsible for establishing and maintaining BAU operational relationships and activities with clients to provide exceptional end-to-end service support. In 2016, they joined Glide as a Service Delivery Manager, where they were responsible for Service Lead responsibilities for a large client portfolio, with a focus on client retention, relationship management, and growth opportunities through continual service improvement.

Nick Elliott attended Wellsway School from 1988 to 1995, where they obtained A levels. Nick also holds an ITIL Foundation v3 & ITIL Intermediate Service Operations certification from ITIL Certified.
