Brett Ishmael

Brett Ishmael's work experience begins with their role at Glenwood Canyon Resort, where they worked as a Manager from April 2007 to April 2013. In this position, they were responsible for hiring, training, and appraising staff members, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting additional resort activities.

Brett then moved on to Valley View Hospital, where they worked as a Systems Administrator from May 2013 to August 2017. In this role, they were responsible for the installation, configuration, and operation of systems hardware and software. Brett specialized in ServiceNow development and administration, as well as project management.

From October 2017 to February 2019, Brett worked at DXC Technology as a Technical Consultant. In this position, they focused on ServiceNow platform development and specialization in ITSM. Brett collaborated closely with clients and developers to meet client demands.

Next, Brett joined Cerna Solutions, LLC as a Technical Consultant from February 2019 to September 2020. During their time there, they provided technical consulting services.

Brett then pursued a personal interest in photography and travel from September 2020 to October 2021, before returning to the technology industry.

In 2021, Brett joined Teradata as a Lead Software Developer from October 2021 to January 2022 and WellMed Medical Management as a Senior Software Engineer from December 2021 to April 2022.

Currently, Brett is employed at GlideFast Consulting, starting in April 2022. Brett has held multiple roles within the company, including Senior Technical Consultant from April to December 2022, Architect from December 2022, and Service Delivery Manager from July 2023.

Brett Ishmael obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Information Technology from Colorado Mountain College, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In terms of additional certifications, they became a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator in 2016. Subsequently, they obtained certifications in various areas including Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources in 2018, Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management in 2019, Suite Certification - HR Professional in 2020, Suite Certification - ITSM Professional in 2021, and Certified Implementation Specialist - Hardware Asset Management as well as Certified Implementation Specialist - Software Asset Management in 2022.
