Crystal Rampersad

Crystal Rampersad has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Crystal started their career at Best Buy as a Magnolia Concierge, where they assisted with inventory management, sales support, and scheduling installations and deliveries.

Crystal then moved on to Crestron Electronics, where they held various roles, including Administrative Assistant, Telecom Services Administrator, and I.T. Project Coordinator. In these positions, they handled tasks such as billing report creation, mobile device support, web portal management, and project coordination.

Afterwards, Crystal joined CDI LLC, initially as an I.T. Project Manager and later as the I.T. Service Delivery Manager.
