Jacob Benker

Jacob Benker has extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Professional Services at GlideFast Consulting since November 2018, with prior roles including Associate Vice President, Service Delivery Director, Senior Solutions Architect, and Service Delivery Manager. Before joining GlideFast, Jacob worked at Mary Kay, Inc. from July 2007 to November 2018 as a Technology Leader overseeing the ServiceNow and Control-M teams. Early career experience includes positions as IT Analyst III at Lennox International from 1999 to 2007 and Technical Support Representative at Stream International from 1996 to 1998. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University, completed between 2015 and 2019.
