Ryan Dougherty has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ryan started their career at Crest Healthcare Supply in 2006 as a Regional Account Manager. Ryan then moved to Evercare, United Healthcare in 2009 as a Business Development Manager. In 2011, they joined Joerns Healthcare as an Account Executive. From 2015 to 2021, they held various positions at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System, including Assistant Executive Director at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center and Director of the Wound Care Center. Currently, since 2021, they work at Main Line Health as the System Director of Clinical Operations WHS.

Ryan Dougherty earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Villanova University between 1998 and 2001. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University.
