M. Kristian Selders

M. Kristian Selders has extensive experience in IT service delivery and management. They started their career in 1998 at Sprint Nextel, where they served as a Service Delivery Executive, overseeing strategy, delivery, and operations for various services. They successfully managed global services contracts and implemented a large-scale Managed MPLS WAN Environment.

In 2007, Selders joined Verizon Enterprise Solutions Group as an ITSM Solutions Consultant, where they managed sales and service delivery teams for State and Local Government clients. They achieved significant accomplishments, including designing and negotiating the first-ever Cloud Outsourcing contract for the State of Oregon. Selders then progressed to become the Director of the Program Management Office, responsible for cross-functional service delivery for select clients. They managed a service/program portfolio with revenues exceeding $110 million annually.

Selders joined HTMS, Inc. in 2014 as the Director of IT Service Management. They were highly respected in the ITSM field and excelled in engaging clients, designing and managing processes, and improving services. Their expertise in ITIL 2011 allowed them to achieve objectives, improve services, and deliver measurable results.

From 2018 to 2020, Selders worked at Contender Solutions as an ITSM Sr. Business Process Consultant. Following that, they joined Fisher Investments as an IT Service Delivery and Management professional.

Most recently, Selders has been working at The Selders Group, LLC as a Principal Consultant. They contributed their expertise in consulting and played a significant role in the company's operations.

In 2023, Selders will be joining GlideFast Consulting as an Engagement Manager.

M. Kristian Selders received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Finance from Western Washington University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their college preparatory education at Everett High School from 1987 to 1991.

In addition to their formal education, M. Kristian Selders has obtained several certifications throughout their career. M. Kristian received the certification of Certified SAFe® 6 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2023. M. Kristian also holds the certification of Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) from IAITAM, obtained in March 2019, and the certification of Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP), obtained in November 2018, from the same institution. Furthermore, M. Kristian Selders attained the ITIL Expert Managing Across the Lifecycle (ITIL-MALC) certification from APMG International in July 2011.
