Shivam Jyoti

Shivam Jyoti began their work experience in 2019 as a System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. Shivam was involved in various projects such as ServiceNow Integration for Takeda Pharmaceutical Company and post SNOW Integration enhancement projects. Shivam managed the test strategy and reported status to stakeholders in this Agile project. In 2022, they joined Apexon as an Engineer II, where they tested and worked on different projects, including OneContact KGS, LSEG, and ITS Migration. Currently, Shivam is working as a QA Engineer at GlideFast Consulting since 2023. The specific roles and responsibilities they have in this position are not provided.

Shivam Jyoti completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Dr. B.C. Roy Engineering College between the years 2015 and 2019. In addition to their formal education, Shivam obtained several certifications. In April 2017, they acquired a certification in Core Java from FlexonLabs. Furthermore, in September 2020, they earned the title of AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and in October 2020, Shivam completed the AWS Academy Cloud Architecting program offered by Amazon Web Services (AWS).
