Quest Henkart

Quest Henkart has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Quest started their career as a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer at Captain Morgan's Dive Centre in 2011, where they provided certifications, training, and managed team cohesion. Quest then worked as an Owner at Meditation in Motion from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, Quest worked as a Freelance Scuba Instructor at PADI, providing certifications and training. Quest also worked as a Ghost Writer/Author and Software Engineer as a Freelancer during this time. In 2015, Quest joined GLIDR by LaunchPad Central as a Lead Software Engineer, focusing on team infrastructure and collaboration. Quest then became a Lead Software Engineer (Remote) in 2016, leading the Backend team remotely and focusing on team management and communication. Quest continued their work at GLIDR as a Software Architect from 2017 to 2018, developing the architecture of the enterprise app and influencing product decisions. Starting in 2018, Quest became self-employed and worked as a Software Architect.
