Marcelo Treger is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Since January 2011, Marcelo has served as Chief Executive Officer of MT.The Bar Guru Inc, providing consulting, coaching, and speaking at international conferences. Marcelo also holds the position of Vice President of Food and Beverage at Royal Stays Miami since June 2019, focusing on transforming restaurant and hotel operations. Previous roles include Senior Director of Operations at Mango's Tropical Cafe, Inc. and Executive Director of Food and Beverage at Estefan Enterprises, where Marcelo managed multiple venues and coordinated large-scale events. Marcelo's career began as General Manager/Owner of Coco Reef Bar and Grill. Marcelo holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Business Management from Universidad De Buenos Aires.
