Richard Trum

Richard Trum is currently a CRM Consultant and Founding Partner at Glimt since August 2019, following a role as a Management Consultant at Preera from September 2012 to August 2019. Richard completed a master thesis on sourcing and supply chain management at Axis Communications in early 2012. In addition, Richard volunteered at the World Scout Jamboree 2011 in Sweden, managing purchasing and distribution for 40,000 international scouts, with a project budget of €725,000. Earlier work experience includes summer roles at Electrolux from June 2003 to August 2010, where Richard served as a goods receiver, team leader, and machine operator in a warehouse setting. Richard holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University, achieved between 2007 and 2012, and completed leadership training at Scouternas Ledarskapsakademi from 2009 to 2010.
