Diemas Tatiwakeng is a seasoned professional in recruitment and consulting, currently serving as a Senior Recruiter Consultant at Glints since September 2021. With experience in leading and managing teams, Diemas has guided Associate Consultants and Senior Talent Managers while ensuring smooth operations and goal alignment. Previously, Diemas worked with international clients as a Consultant and built connections with candidates from diverse backgrounds. Diemas's background includes an internship in Government Relations at PEMERINTAH KOTA SEMARANG, support roles in academia as an Assistant Lecturer at Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana, and research consultancy with Oxfam in Indonesia. Diemas holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana, completed in 2021.
