Weiyuan Lim

Weiyuan Lim 林蔚源 is the Head of Sales for Singapore and New Markets (AU, CN, JP) at Glints since January 2023, responsible for revenue targets, team leadership, customer segmentation, and sales performance forecasting. Previously, Weiyuan served as Head of New Markets at Cialfo and Regional Sales Manager for SEA, EU, and ANZ. As a Co-Founder of Reactor School from 2015 to 2022, Weiyuan held multiple leadership roles, overseeing company strategy, mentoring staff, and driving business growth. Earlier career experiences included operational management at First Class Tutors LLP and leadership roles in the Singapore Armed Forces. Weiyuan holds a Bachelor of Business Management in Strategic Management from Singapore Management University.
