Derick Holmes P.e.

Derick Holmes, P.E., is a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in site development and power delivery projects. Currently employed at Tessere since September 2020, Derick previously worked at Black & Veatch from January 2014 to September 2020, where roles included Civil Engineer IV leading site development projects, Civil Engineer III focusing on civil site engineering for transmission lines and substations across multiple states, and earlier positions involving underground utility and steel design for power projects. Prior internships included a civil/structural engineering internship at Black & Veatch and a hydrologic technician role at the U.S. Geological Survey. Derick holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Kansas, obtained in 2013.
