Vimla Black Gupta

Vimla Black Gupta is a highly experienced professional with an impressive career spanning over two decades. Vimla began their career in 1997 as an Associate Brand Manager at Procter and Gamble, working their way up to Global Marketing Director for Venus Razor and Personal Care. In 2000, they founded and served as CEO of BagEnvy, an online handbag retailer. In 2008, they joined The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as Senior Vice President Global Marketing Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. During their time there, they grew the brand globally by two points across the prestige makeup, skincare, and fragrance categories. In 2017, they became the Global Chief Marketing Officer at Equinox, where they led the strategy, creative, design, and implementation of enterprise-wide marketing initiatives. In 2020, they joined Popshop Live as an Advisor. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Board Member at Penn National Gaming and President and Co-Founder of Ourself, the first-ever Subtopical Skincare System.

Vimla Black Gupta holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they studied Marketing. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Duke University, where they studied Spanish Language and Literature.
