Namita Joseph began their career in 2010 as an Intern at Globelink Westar Shipping, where they worked in various departments and created a report on the organization's functioning. In 2011, they worked as an IT Intern at Paramount Computer Systems, where they implemented information security measures and Single Sign On for applications. From 2013 to 2022, they worked at Network International, starting as a Senior Officer in Client Services and Excellence and progressing to Assistant Manager in Client Services. In this role, they managed a diverse portfolio of Platinum and Gold Issuing and Acquiring clients in Middle East and Africa. Namita also analyzed, assessed, and acted in response to disputes from clients. In 2022, they began working at Globacap as a Customer Success Engineer, where they are responsible for front-ending the delivery of an Onboarding Journey process and making product, technical, and operational recommendations.
Namita Joseph is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Analytics from Aston University. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Murdoch University between 2014 and 2016, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Namita also holds a B.E (Hons) in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, which they obtained between 2008 and 2012. Namita attended St Ann's High School between 1994 and 2008. Additionally, they are a Microsoft Certified IT Professional - Enterprise Server Administrator.
