Phil Szabla

Phil Szabla has extensive work experience in the legal field. Phil is currently serving as the SVP & General Counsel at Global Advanced Metals since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Cabot Corporation as the Chief Counsel Corporate M&A and Performance Segment from July 2002 to March 2021. Before joining Cabot Corporation, they held the position of Vice President & General Counsel at GC Companies Inc. from November 1996 to May 2002. Phil started their career as a Partner at Albrecht Maguire PC in March 1979 and remained there until November 1996.

Phil Szabla received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Finance from the University at Buffalo in 1975. Phil then went on to earn a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from the same university in 1978.
