Jessica Roche

Jessica Roche is a Senior Policy Research Analyst at Global Affairs Canada, focusing on the Open Insights Hub since January 2019. With a diverse background in policy analysis and strategic economic relations, Jessica has held various roles including Policy Advisor and Senior Development Officer. Previously, at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, Jessica served as a Free Agent (Policy Analyst), also contributing as President of the TBS Black Employees’ Network. Additional experience includes positions at Infrastructure Canada, Natural Resources Canada, and the U.S. Department of State. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Ottawa and has completed the Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute.
