Olivia Zhu

Olivia Zhu, CIA, CRMA, CFE, has extensive experience in internal audit and advisory roles, currently serving as an Internal Audit Principal at Global Affairs Canada since April 2013. Zhu's portfolio includes numerous audit and advisory engagements focused on governance, cybersecurity, and risk assessments. Prior positions include A/Director of Practice Management and Liaison at Finance Canada, where Zhu conducted audits on various management practices, and Senior Evaluator at Industry Canada. Zhu’s career began in auditing roles with the Office of the Auditor General of Canada and various other government departments. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Financial Management Accounting from Central University of Finance and Economics. Additionally, Zhu completed a Law Enforcement Investigators Course at the RCMP Academy.
