Vincent Boucher

Vincent Boucher serves as a Senior Policy Advisor at Global Affairs Canada, focusing on Québec and Nunavut in the areas of regional network and intergovernmental affairs. Boucher holds teaching positions at Université de Sherbrooke and UQAM, offering courses on international decision-making processes and U.S. political institutions among others. With a background as a Junior Scholar at the Balsillie School of International Affairs, Vincent contributed policy briefs for the Canadian Department of National Defence. Additionally, Boucher co-directed the Forum St-Laurent sur la sécurité internationale and participated as a visiting researcher in the Department of Politics at the University of Virginia. Academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Political Science from UQAM and a Master's in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations.
