Maame Ekua Manful

Maame Ekua Manful holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Technological University Dublin and a Master of Science and Engineering in Food Science from ISA Lille. With extensive experience in the food industry, Maame Ekua has held various roles including Partnership Council Member at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) and Business Development Associate at Olime Health. Additional positions include Team Lead and Product Development Specialist at Sweetpot Yoghurt, Doctoral Researcher on the Up4Health project, and Research Engineer at INRAE. Maame Ekua has also contributed as a Freelance E-learning Community Manager and participated in the Future Food Ventures Summer School at EIT Food, working on entrepreneurial projects in plant-based nutrition.
