Weston Wilson has extensive experience in education and instructional design. Weston is currently working as an Instructional Designer at Global Alumni, where they started in November 2021. Prior to that, they were a Content Manager at Milton Ed, starting in November 2020. Weston also worked as an English Language Teacher at American Language Academy from August 2016 to July 2021. Before that, they were a Language Assistant at Madrid Public Schools from October 2012 to June 2016. Weston gained experience in working with English language learners as a Paraprofessional for English Language Learners at Denver Public Schools from September 2010 to July 2012. Additionally, they worked as an ESL Teacher at Centro de Idiomas Privado from August 2010 to July 2011.

Weston Wilson pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Metropolitan State University of Denver, completed during the period of 2004 to 2008. Following this, from 2013 to 2014, they attended Universidad de Alcalá and obtained a Master's degree in Teaching and Learning of Spanish as a Foreign Language. Lastly, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Applied Linguistics from Universidad Nebrija, from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained two certifications, "Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python)" from Coursera in November 2022, and "Instructional Design Foundations and Applications" from Coursera in June 2022.
