Harindi Jayakody

Harindi Jayakody is the current GBR Engage director at Global Biotech Revolution. Prior to this, they worked at iGEM Community for 1 year and 6 months where they were the group lead for External Networking, Steering Group Member of Science Communication Network, Events Team Lead, and Women in STEM initiative. Harindi was also a Scientist II at Erba Mannheim for 3 years and 11 months where they were responsible for the development of invitro diagnostic devices for the detection of infectious diseases. Harindi also worked as a STEM ambassador for 1 year and 7 months where they mentored high school students interested in finding a career within STEM. Additionally, they have also hosted a Women in STEM talk show on Instagram for 1 year and 11 months.
