Shakil Muhammad

Muhammad Shakil, PhD, is an accomplished researcher and CEO with extensive experience in the fields of Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, and AR/VR software development. Currently serving as the Researcher and CEO at Genesis IT Lab since August 2017, Muhammad also holds the CEO position at Genesis Merkle Group, which focuses on research-oriented software solutions and human capital investment. As a seed investor in 1Self.World and SuperBooking AI, Muhammad supports innovative projects utilizing Web 3 technologies and blockchain for authenticity in booking services. In addition, Muhammad serves as a Technical Advisor at storichain and Chief Technology Officer at Cashero, which addresses financial transaction challenges. As an Ambassador for the Global Blockchain Business Council, Muhammad promotes the adoption of blockchain worldwide. Muhammad's academic credentials include a PhD and Master's degree in Information and Telecommunication Technology from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, and ongoing contributions as an Editor for IEEE Internet Future Directions since 2017.
