Mike Terpstra

Mike Terpstra has extensive experience in real estate development and management, currently serving as Vice President and Principal at Global Blue Tech since March 2009. As the Owner of Hallmark Development since January 2003, Mike Terpstra has successfully generated new development deals with a focus on multi-family and residential projects. Previous roles include Principal at KW Principal Group from 2005 to 2013, specializing in REO and OREO property, and District Manager at Softworks/EMC from 1998 to 2001. Earlier career experience includes serving as Community Development Manager and Senior Sales Consultant at Kaufman and Broad from 1990 to 1998. Mike Terpstra's education includes studies at Chabot College and Kaplan Professional Schools, where a real estate license was obtained.
