Eslam Mohamed

Eslam Mohamed has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Eslam started their career as a Support Center Engineer at Vodafone, where they provided technical troubleshooting assistance and support for various technologies. Eslam then moved on to become an IT System Administrator, managing Windows accounts and Active Directory, as well as working on projects related to service desk management. Later, they worked as a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer at Vodafone, where they were responsible for managing virtual infrastructure, maintaining application availability, and performing patching and upgrades.

After their time at Vodafone, Eslam joined ELNG as a Senior System Administrator, where they handled tasks such as designing Active Directory infrastructure, managing Windows servers, and supporting Exchange and Office 365. Eslam then joined First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) as an Infrastructure Tech Lead, overseeing various infrastructure projects.

In 2020, Eslam joined Orange Business Services as a Cloud Consultant, where they supported the Orange Cloud and implemented customer onboarding at vCloud Director and NSX Environment. Eslam also worked closely with the Service Delivery Manager to address updates, upgrades, and critical issues related to the cloud services.

Most recently, Eslam joined Alnafitha IT as a Cloud Consultant, focusing on cloud-related projects and providing consultation services.

Throughout their career, Eslam has demonstrated their expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and project management. Eslam has a strong background in implementing and configuring various infrastructure technologies and ensuring effective and efficient technology solutions for organizations.

Eslam Mohamed earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from EGI Academy between 2006 and 2010. Eslam also obtained various certifications in ITIL Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2016, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) from Cisco in 2015, Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA) from Microsoft in 2015, and Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) from Microsoft in 2014.
