John Dailey

John Dailey is an accomplished IT professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Technology from Northern Kentucky University and relevant experience in various technical roles. Since February 2015, John has served as an IT Field & Telephony Engineer at Global Business Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities include Active Directory administration and hardware/software support. Prior to this role, John gained experience as an IT Intern with the Cincinnati Bengals, focusing on helpdesk duties and system configurations. Additionally, John worked as a custodian for Covington Independent Schools, showcasing a strong work ethic both independently and within a team.
