Jess Sharpe

Jess Sharpe currently serves as the Global Sales Director at CAP Worldwide Serviced Apartments and is also involved with the GBTA DEI Committee. With extensive experience in sales and account management across the hospitality and business sectors, Sharpe has held key positions including Global Sales Director and Director of Sales for EMEA at 3Sixty, as well as Director of Sales roles at National Corporate Housing and BridgeStreet. In previous roles, Sharpe developed MICE business at Champneys Health Resorts and contributed to business development at Exclusive Hotels, demonstrating a strong ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Sharpe holds a BA (Hons) in Theatre (Dramaturgy) from the University of Leeds.
