Anna Hildur Wolfram Björnsdóttir

Anna Hildur Wolfram Björnsdóttir is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Travelshift since January 2024. Prior to this role, Anna worked as HR Manager for Iceland Hotel Collection by Berjaya, overseeing human resources for Iceland Parliament & Reykjavík Konsúlat Hotels from March 2022 to January 2024. Anna's career includes significant experience as a People & Culture business partner at IKEA from June 2017 to March 2022. Earlier professional experiences include positions as a caregiver with the City of Reykjavík, Front Desk Manager at Gerði Guesthouse, and Customer Service Representative at The Directorate of Immigration. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from Háskóli Íslands, and has participated in an intercultural program through AFS/Intercultura.
