Louay Moursel is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in the hospitality and food and beverage sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Global Catering Services since November 2024, Louay previously held the position of Director of Operations at Gastronomica ME from November 2020 to November 2024. Prior to this, Louay was the Regional Operations Manager at Azadea Group from July 2013 to November 2020, where responsibilities included developing brand strategies, managing service standards, analyzing brand performance, and overseeing team development. Louay began the career as Operations Manager at La Maison Du Cafe Najjar and progressed from beginner to Assistant Manager across several brands at Blends. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration/Management from AUL Beirut, completed in 2006.
