Lucien Hakim

Lucien Hakim is an experienced professional in the fields of architecture, project management, and facility operations. Currently serving as the Head of Leasing and Facilities at Global Catering Services since September 2024, Lucien has also taken on the role of Partner and Managing Director at Elite Orient Group since May 2024. Prior to these positions, Lucien held various roles at eathos, including Director of Assets & Estate and Regional Project Manager for MENAT from December 2015 to May 2024. Lucien's earlier career includes significant positions such as Senior Project Engineer at Azadea Group, Technical Manager at Hamilton International, Senior Design Coordinator at Greenline Interiors, Architect Designer at Nabil Gholam Architects, and Architect at Dar al Handassah. Lucien holds a diploma in architecture from the Lebanese University, as well as a Bachelor of Architecture from the Lebanon Fine Arts Institute.
