Rana Ismail

Rana Ismail is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience leading marketing departments across various companies in the Middle East. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing at Global Catering Services since June 2025, Rana previously held the position of Head of Marketing Communications at Cravia Inc. from December 2020 to July 2025. Prior roles include Marketing & Communications Manager at The Coffee Club Middle East, Marketing Manager at Dunkin' Donuts, and Local Store Marketing Manager for Shake Shack UAE, Qatar, and Oman. Rana's career began as a Marketing Executive at Emirates Consulting Group, with foundational experience as a Marketing Assistant at Tanmia Agricultural Development Co. Rana graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Marketing from Hariri Canadian University in 2003.
