Tammy Jakubowski has been in the workforce since 1988. Tammy began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Global Computer Supplies. In 1989, they moved to FTD as a Customer Support Supervisor, where they were promoted after a year. In 1993, they joined IRI as a Customer Service Representative. In 1995, they were hired as a Marketing Analyst at Mid Central Food Sales. In 1997, they began working at Open Text as a Product Designer, User Reseach Engineer, Product Manager, and Customer Support Rep and Beta Manager. Finally, in 2007, they joined Global Cents (GCI Live LLC) as Director of Quality Management and Director of Associate Services. In these roles, they were responsible for Quality Assurance/Testing, Customer Support, and System Maintenance.
Tammy Jakubowski obtained their MBA in Marketing Management from Northern Illinois University from 1988 to 1994. Tammy also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in French Commercial Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1984 to 1988. In 1986, they completed a French Immersion Program from Université Laval. Additionally, they have a certification as an HTML Developer.
