Tarja Wiklund

Tarja Wiklund is an experienced advisor and financial consultant currently associated with Syz Group and Equivator® respectively. As a co-founder of PrivatCap OY and a delegate for Finland at the Global Chamber of Business Leaders, Tarja contributes to various strategic initiatives. In an educational capacity, Tarja serves as an industry mentor at Saito University Business School and the Prime School of Integrated Logistics, guiding students in career development and industry insights. Tarja also facilitates programs at the Mental Wellness Society and demonstrates entrepreneurial leadership at Myötätuntovalmennus. Previously, Tarja held the position of executive search consultant at Healthia Oy and worked for 17 years in family work within child protection at the City of Helsinki. Tarja’s educational background includes degrees from Stanford University, the University of Vaasa, and other notable institutions, emphasizing social work, family therapy, and compassion training.
