Shailesh Singh

Shailesh Singh is an experienced professional with a robust background in project management and operations across various roles in telecommunications and construction. Currently serving as an Implementation Lead at Ericsson ARP since May 2023, Shailesh excels in team coordination, stakeholder management, and quality assurance. Previous experience includes a consulting role at Sangya Traders and Company, where responsibilities encompassed civil construction and metro rail projects, as well as significant positions at Reliance Communications, including Circle Manager and Service Assurance Manager, focusing on resource management and operational efficiency. Earlier, Shailesh was a Service Delivery Manager at Ericsson India Ltd, honing skills in service delivery and crisis management, and served as Plant Operation Manager at Bhopal Transmission Controls Pvt Ltd, overseeing the production of electrical equipment.
