Sumesh Menon is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in operations and management. Currently, at Global Cloud Xchange since September 2011, Sumesh leads Global Incident Management & Operations, successfully designing a 'Customer Advocacy Team' model that enhanced customer experience metrics significantly. Prior to this role, Sumesh held the position of Senior Manager Operations at Reliance BPO from August 2002 to September 2011, overseeing broadband and digital services across India and internationally.
