Rachael Coleman

Rachael Coleman has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rachael currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the Global Coalition for Adaptive Research since 2022. Previously, they served as the CFO of Assistance Services Americas at International SOS from 2018 to 2021. Rachael also held the role of Vice President Finance, USA at International SOS in 2017. Prior to that, Rachael worked at Merck in various capacities, including Director of US Pharma Finance from 2015 to 2017, Director of the Asia Treasury Center from 2013 to 2015, and Director of Asia Pacific Finance from 2007 to 2013. Rachael started their career at Amgen as a Senior Manager of Corporate Business Analysis from 2004 to 2006. Rachael also held positions at Pfizer as a Senior Advisor of R&D Finance from 2002 to 2004, Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Senior Internal Auditor from 1999 to 2001, and Ernst & Young as a Senior Auditor from 1996 to 1999.

Rachael Coleman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
