Brad Brown

Program Manager at Global Commerce and Services

Brad Brown has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Brad started their career as a Computer Programmer Analyst at Mare Island Naval Shipyard in 1982 and later worked as a Computer Programmer Analyst at Pensacola Naval Air Station in 1986. Brad then joined Naval Construction Battalion Center as a Supervisory IT Specialist, where they worked for a remarkable 20 years.

In 2006, Brad transitioned to NASA Stennis Space Center, initially working as an IT Project Manager for four years until 2010. Brad then served as the Data Center Manager for the NASA National Center for Critical Information Processing and Storage (NCCIPS) for four years until 2014. This role involved managing a large-scale Federal Data Center supporting critical/sensitive applications for various government agencies.

After leaving NASA, Brad joined GTI Federal as a Program Manager, overseeing computer support subcontracts across all NASA Centers and their remote campuses. Brad was responsible for the recruitment and direct supervision of approximately 80 computer technicians with various specializations.

Following their time at GTI Federal, Brad worked as the Center Program Manager at SHB Technology, Inc., managing programs for NASA SSC and NSSC. Finally, Brad is currently employed at Global Commerce and Services, LLC as a Program Manager since February 2020.
