Jon Allen

Jon Allen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and program management, currently serving as Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives at Global Communities since March 2005. Notable roles include Regional Director for the Americas and Country Director for Brazil and Argentina, focusing on business transformations and regional program growth. Jon also holds the position of Principal at Blue 22 Capital and serves as the Founder of Monolith Real Estate Investing LLC, where investment strategies are developed in real estate. Previous roles include management consultancy at Accenture and volunteer work with the Peace Corps. Jon Allen earned an MBA in International Business and International Development from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Economics from Dickinson College.
